A baked brie appetizer made with sweet peaches wrapped in prosciutto. This elegant dish pairs perfectly with white wine and is ideal for wine tastings and entertaining.
On a cutting board, lay out the prosciutto slices vertically. On the short end of the prosciutto slice, place a slice of Brie, and top it with a peach slice.
Roll the prosciutto up over the filling. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat to make 12 rolls total.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the rolls are nice and crispy. Remove and drizzle lightly with honey and garnish with basil. Enjoy with a crisp glass of unoaked (or lightly oaked) Chardonnay 😉
