Baked Brie and Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches

A baked brie appetizer made with sweet peaches wrapped in prosciutto. This elegant dish pairs perfectly with white wine and is ideal for wine tastings and entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Brie wheel cut into 12 slices
  • 12 thin slices Prosciutto
  • 1 peach, nectarine or pear cut in 12 slices
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh Basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. 
  • On a cutting board, lay out the prosciutto slices vertically. On the short end of the prosciutto slice, place a slice of Brie, and top it with a peach slice. 
  • Roll the prosciutto up over the filling. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat to make 12 rolls total. 
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the rolls are nice and crispy. Remove and drizzle lightly with honey and garnish with basil. Enjoy with a crisp glass of unoaked (or lightly oaked) Chardonnay 😉
