3 cups quick oat flakes 1 1/2 cups 1% milk (or oat milk) 2 eggs 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F.⠀
In a large bowl, mix all ingredient (except for walnuts) and pour into a baking dish. I’m using an 8” x 11” dish.⠀
Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the oats and bake for 35-40 min. Let cool for 5 min and enjoy right away! 😋
