This perfectly baked salmon is tender, flaky, and foolproof—made with a simple oven method and a few fresh ingredients. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s an easy, reliable salmon recipe you can make any night of the week.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay salmon on. If cooking a whole side of salmon, center it to the baking sheet. If using fillet cuts, then space them apart so they don’t touch each other.
Drizzle fish with olive oil, a few drops of sesame oil and salt to taste.
Add the spicy , ginger and the tomatoes
Sprinkle with parsley, squeeze the lemon juice over and finally drizzle with a little tamari sauce. If you only have soy sauce, that’s ok! I prefer tamari (the Japanese version of soy sauce) as it’s made with little to no wheat and is less salty!
In a cold oven (do NOT preheat), pop the fish in and set the oven to 400 F for 25 min. When done, you will have PERFECTLY cooked salmon to enjoy!
