In a small pot, make simple syrup by bringing to a boil 1 cup of water with the sugar. Set aside to cool.
Steep 2 teabags in 3 cups of cold water.
Squeeze the juice out of 6-7 lemons. You want at least 1 cup of lemon juice.
If you like pulp, then pour the lemon juice straight in the pot of simple syrup. If not, strain the juice before adding to the pot. Add a pinch of salt.
In a blender, add 1 cup of cold water, the steeped tea, the lemon juice mixture, the pomegranate juice and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend for 10-15 seconds until frothy and enjoy with fresh mint or a generous shot of vodka
