Ricotta Fritta – Fried Ricotta with Truffle Sauce

Ingredients
1/2
cup
ricotta
2
tbsp
parmesan cheese, grated
2
tbsp
bread crumbs
handful parsley, chopped finely
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix until well combined.
Heat a medium-size frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
With 2 spoons, scoop out little balls and drop them into the frying pan.
Fry each side for about 5 min or until nice and golden. Garnish with Totarella & Sons black truffle sauce and enjoy!
