Truffle Aioli (Truffle Mayonnaise)
A quick and easy truffle aioli recipe made with mayonnaise and truffle oil. This creamy truffle mayonnaise is perfect for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and more.

1 large egg yolk (room temperature) 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp cold water 2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup canola oil (or neutral oil of your choice) 1 tbsp @totarellaandsons Truffle Sauce
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon, water, salt and lemon juice until well blended and frothy.
Slowly add the oil and whisk whisk whisk! You want the mixture to emulsify and become thick and creamy (like mayo).
Add the truffle sauce and mix well. The truffle aioli will last up to 3 days in the fridge! Enjoy!
