Truffle Aioli (Truffle Mayonnaise)

A quick and easy truffle aioli recipe made with mayonnaise and truffle oil. This creamy truffle mayonnaise is perfect for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp cold water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup canola oil (or neutral oil of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp @totarellaandsons Truffle Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon, water, salt and lemon juice until well blended and frothy.
  • Slowly add the oil and whisk whisk whisk! You want the mixture to emulsify and become thick and creamy (like mayo).
  • Add the truffle sauce and mix well. The truffle aioli will last up to 3 days in the fridge! Enjoy!
