Cauliflower Truffle Steaks


Did you know cauliflower comes in 4 different colours? When roasted, this vegetable is decadent, rich and creamy. Here’s how to roast cauliflower perfectly every time!

Cauliflower Truffle Steaks
Ingredients
- Cauliflower head
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic clove, minced
- Spicy pepper, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp @TotarellaAndSons Truffle Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into 1 inch thick slices and place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle With olive oil and add garlic, salt, pepper, spicy pepper and @totarellaandsons Truffle Sauce.
- Bake for 45-50 min until nice and golden. Enjoy!
