Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups quick oat flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups 1% milk (or oat milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.⠀
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredient (except for walnuts) and pour into a baking dish. I’m using an 8” x 11” dish.⠀

  • Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the oats and bake for 35-40 min. Let cool for 5 min and enjoy right away! 😋
