Mangocado Green Smoothie


Rise and shine! This creamy power smoothie is the perfect kick-start to a fantastic day!

Mangocado Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen kale
- 1 cup frozen mangoes cubes
- 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup cup oat milk
- Up to 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp oats
- 3-4 cardamom seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except for the water) in the blender.
- Select the Smoothie Variable, or blend for 50 seconds while slowly adding water until you reach your desired consistency. If you prefer more of a soft ice creamfeel, then don’t add more than 1/4 cup of water! Enjoy!
