Rise and shine! This creamy power smoothie is the perfect kick-start to a fantastic day!

Mangocado Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen kale 
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes cubes
  • 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1/2 cup cup oat milk 
  • Up to 1/2 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 3-4 cardamom seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey  (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients (except for the water) in the blender.
  • Select the Smoothie Variable, or blend for 50 seconds while slowly adding water until you reach your desired consistency. If you prefer more of a soft ice creamfeel, then don’t add more than 1/4 cup of water! Enjoy!
