Perfectly Baked Salmon, Every Time
Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon (if frozen, fully thaw)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Tamari sauce (optional)
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- Spicy , cut in slices
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay salmon on. If cooking a whole side of salmon, center it to the baking sheet. If using fillet cuts, then space them apart so they don’t touch each other.
- Drizzle fish with olive oil, a few drops of sesame oil and salt to taste.
- Add the spicy , ginger and the tomatoes
- Sprinkle with parsley, squeeze the lemon juice over and finally drizzle with a little tamari sauce. If you only have soy sauce, that’s ok! I prefer tamari (the Japanese version of soy sauce) as it’s made with little to no wheat and is less salty!
- In a cold oven (do NOT preheat), pop the fish in and set the oven to 400 F for 25 min. When done, you will have PERFECTLY cooked salmon to enjoy!

What a fantastic recipe! Easy to follow and delicious. Thank you so much!
