Truffle Aioli (Truffle Mayonnaise)
Ingredients
- 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp cold water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup canola oil (or neutral oil of your choice)
- 1 tbsp @totarellaandsons Truffle Sauce
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon, water, salt and lemon juice until well blended and frothy.
- Slowly add the oil and whisk whisk whisk! You want the mixture to emulsify and become thick and creamy (like mayo).
- Add the truffle sauce and mix well. The truffle aioli will last up to 3 days in the fridge! Enjoy!
