Pink Iced Tea Lemonade

A refreshing pink iced tea lemonade made with brewed tea, fresh lemon juice, and a hint of natural sweetness. Light, vibrant, and perfect for hot days or casual entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 lemons
  • 1/3 cup sugar (or honey)
  • 5 cups water
  • pinch salt
  • 1 shot glass pomegranate juice
  • 2 tea bags
  • vodka (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, make simple syrup by bringing to a boil 1 cup of water with the sugar. Set aside to cool.
  • Steep 2 teabags in 3 cups of cold water.
  • Squeeze the juice out of 6-7 lemons. You want at least 1 cup of lemon juice.
  • If you like pulp, then pour the lemon juice straight in the pot of simple syrup. If not, strain the juice before adding to the pot. Add a pinch of salt.
  • In a blender, add 1 cup of cold water, the steeped tea, the lemon juice mixture, the pomegranate juice and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend for 10-15 seconds until frothy and enjoy with fresh mint or a generous shot of vodka
